Pinene
Pinene is one of the most common terpenes found within cannabis. This chemical compound is believed to have medicinal value and is considered responsible for the aroma of cannabis.
Pinene is a terpene frequently found in cannabis plants, there are two types, α-Pinene and β-Pinene. Pinene is believed to minimise the cognitive dysfunction that may be induced by THC – which makes it a popular ingredient in medicinal cannabis.
